Slidders, a.k.a. Super adorable mini hamburgers, are a hit with kids and adults! You can take my word for it because I ate two of them and still wanted more!!!

I simply seasoned my beef with Worcestershire Sauce and garlic salt. Here’s how I recommend making your patties…

Cover your counter with plastic wrap and place your seasoned meat in the center. Cover the meat with a piece of plastic wrap.


Using a rolling pin, roll out the meat until it’s approximately 1/4″ thick.
Remove the plastic wrap and cut it into squares using a pizza cutter!!!

This makes perfectly sized patties. I cook mine on my griddle. Serve on rolls and add your favorite burger toppings. We love any excuse to eat bacon so that’s a family fav over here!!! Grilled onions, pineapple, and jalapenos might also be crowd pleasers!
