Spaghitti Salad

I’ve never been the kind of person who gags if her food touched each other on my dinner plate! I’m often the one who just piles it on and actually encourages my meal to cohabitate! Many of my favorite dishes came about when a certain “Cross Contamination” occurred!

My most famous concoction happened in the 2nd grade! My brother and I created what was then just an ” I dare you” snack. Who knew it would soon be a family favorite for generations to come! Over 20 years ago on one Fall afternoon, two young kids created their first ever
PeAnuT BuTTter aNd pIcKLle SaNdWIch!
Sounds hideous I know!

Yet oh so incredible!!! Who knew creamy Peanut Butter and Dill Pickle Chips
were a match made in heaven!

For reals you all should try it!!! It has about a 78% conversion rate! I even gave birth to two fans!!! A tradition I proudly passed on!!! Some parents pass on intelligence or blue eyes…. I pass on crazy taste buds! Ahhhhh YEEAAHHH!!!

Other favs over here are Rice with A1, Coco Pebbles on Ice Cream, Salt and Vinigar chips with Cottage Cheese and Spaghetti Salad! None of witch are either gourmet or classy
for that matter… just plane good combos!

Spaghetti Salad is a no brainer! I love pasta! I love salad!
Together it’s a home run right! RIGHT!

I grab my largest bowl I can get my hands on and pile in my lettuce. I top it with my pasta and meat sauce and then add A little drizzle of Ranch dressing and Italian dressing!
Give it a little mix-a-roo and there you go!

With garden veggies ready to over take kitchens across America, I’ve been adding fresh
veggies to my pasta sauce! I add shredded Carrots, Onions and Zucchini! It’s a great way to sneak some goodness in if you have picky eaters!

Spaghetti Salad!!! A great combo pretty much on the safe side! If your up for more
of an adventure I’d try the PB & P!!!

What crazy combos do you guys enjoy?

Try 2 pieces of hot toast, quickly spread with peanut butter so it melts. Top with hot, just cooked bacon (crispy for me please) slap them together to make a sandwich and enjoy!

I just might try the pickles!
